Parenting Support
From birth through adolescence we all need a community to count on. Parenting support is provided virtually and run by our licensed clinical social worker and/or Director of Teaching and Learning Practice. We think holistically about the challeges that are coming up and work with you to co-create a plan to support you and your family.
-
Structured Literacy Intervention
When working with children and adolescents, it is essential to understand the interplay between academics and social emotional well-being.
Structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham) intervention is the gold standard for the treatment of language–based learning disabilities, including dyslexia. The structured literacy approach, based on the extensive science of reading research, utilizes explicit and systematic instruction in both foundational (phonology and spelling) and more complex (comprehension and writing) skills to support a child’s literacy growth.
